This group is for Roland V Accordion players to exchange ideas.
I am wondering if there is some way to get the ability (with some electronic gizmos)to bend notes.I crave to model my accordion playing after the Clapton style gutair playing, which tho pretty much by the book, incorporates a lot of note bending. This is on my Roland FR-3s V accordion. Blues accordion would be my thing tho I play plenty in standard major scales. Enjoyed Shelia Lee's you tube of Walze Across Texas, which is in my repertoire also, hers is far better. Must say I love my FR-3 as the headphone option has indeed saved my marriage. If anyone has a clue on how this might be accomplished please reply. All for now, pleased to make all your acquaintances and be a part of the group.

Thanks to Shelia that vid turned out to be the thing I am using. And was afraid i might overdo it, but that style keeps it subtle. And I do (shhh) prefer my acoustic.

I am not aware of the 3X and its ability I have 2 7 ex accordions and two 8x both have this feature you must set the accordion up to do this how ever on a lot of user programs on the 8 x you press the key or keys harder to bend single notes chords your user manual should tell you about after play how to set it up or down
