Appreciation (Know your dollar value) & expected expenses, Customer Service, Professionalism,
Proper Attire, Contracts and Agreements & Performer Obligations, Band Obligations as a manager
& as a band member, travel expenses & tips, etc.

5:30 - 7:50– bring your accordion – learn performance tips, volunteer to perform and have Alex
