Texas Folklife’s Big Squeeze accordion 2010 contest finalists will compete for the crown of Grand Prize Winner—and future Accordion King or Queen. Ruben Moreno (age 20, Houston), Keyun Dickson (age 18, Houston), Ignacio Morales (age 14, Dallas) and Jesus Zamora (age 19, San Antonio) advanced from a group of 8 semi-finalists (ages 11 to 20) selected during a playoff at the Bob Bullock Texas State History Museum on May 1.
