I am a two row diatonic player. Self taught. Play by ear - and compose by ear. I do not know what notes I play or what keys I play in. I just play. Mostly European folk tunes and my own tunes.…Continue

Hello- Brand new here. Been playing LA Cajun/Zydeco for many years (10-Button Cajun boxes & 3-row diatonic Zydeco style & some Tex-Mex). Interested in furthering my knowledge of the 3-row & how it is laid out (understand music theory & substitution principles, etc & may be of some help there). Love Colombian Vallenato & others styles as well. Finally was able to get a Roland FR-18D & would be very interested in starting up a Forum specifically for this particular "Wonder Diatonic Accordeon" (if one hasn't already been established). I feel this would greatly help us understand this extremely versatile Diatonic - not to mention it's very complicated User's Manual. Thanks.
Mr. Bill thanks you as well for your help in getting in touch with Ms. Lee. Very helpful. Thanks Again.
Ms. Lee,
I'm delighted to have received the course material. Just looking over it brought my excitement back and desire to really get started. I looked over all the material, just great. Looked at the first lesson on the Video and omg now I know what that little thumb wheel is for. I would have never guessed. Amazing what you can learn from one little bit of info. Again thanks Ms. Lee and thanks for the note on the invoice. I'm looking forward to playing better in the very near future. Just have to slow it down a bit to per you instruction, yes one can fall into bad habits quickly.
Thanks again and was well worth the wait, even though I didn't think so at first. Great stuff.
See, Harold! Our little grapevine works. It's no coincidence that Grapevine is a town in Texas! ;)
I'd like to thank Mr. Bill for his help and to Ms. Shelia for her answer. I'm really looking forward to progressing with my accordion.
Thanks All,
Thank you Mr Bill - I have been away from my computer and phone for over 2 days. Yes - I will check my emails for notification of Harold's order - check to see if it has been shipped - and if not - instruct the store to get it shipped pronto. I will be returning on Friday Aug 22
I'm not sure why she didn't answer the order; however, she is attending a couple of accordion festivals during the next few days, so she will be out of pocket for a while. Her studio is closed on Mondays. If you call there tomorrow or on Sunday, you might reach one of her staff who would be taking care of things for her.
Do apologize for spelling her name wrong on here.
Order went out 4 August, emailed her a few days ago, called yesterday and today.
How long ago did you try to contact her?
