During August 17 – 25, 2013, the “olympics” of accordion festivals will be held in Victoria — the famous Coupe Mondiale.  This will be the 66th Coupe Mondiale and the 130th Confederation Internationale des Accordeonistes (CIA) International General Assembly of Delegates Congress.   This major event will be hosted by CIA’s member, the BC Accordion Society.  This annual festival is held in various world cities each year, and is considered to be the premier accordion festival in the world.  Plan to attend!
